Take a few minutes and read some of the blogs created by the APEX Fellows this summer!

Nileema Khan’s (2013) blog, “On the Fields: Channel i Internship”  represents her experience as an APEX Fellow of the College of Wooster at Channel i, Bangladesh.

Brittany Cook (2015) recently completed her APEX Fellowship in Birmingham, Alabama. She interned as a Teaching Assistant for underprivileged, high-achieving high school students! Check out her blog.

Bailey Connor (2015)  is doing her APEX Fellowship in Peru, working alongside coffee farmers for Wooster-based coffee company, Reach Trade Co.! Read her blog and see some beautifully shot pictures.

SamMcNelly (2014) is interning with the microfinance and economic development non-profit organization Vivekananda Sevakendra -O- Sishu Uddyan (VSSU) based in West Bengal, India. Her blog details the ups and downs of her summer experience.

Annie Partika (2015) blogs about her  internship with Literary Lots – a new project by Strategic Urban Solutions and the Cleveland Public Library that is transforming a vacant lot in Cleveland into an artistic setting of children’s storybooks come to life, and using the site as a location for educational programming.

Ariel Veroske’s (2014) APEX Fellowship is  at WETA, a local TV and radio station in Arlington, VA.  Ariel blogs about her work researching and writing local history stories.
