Bjorn Olsen ’15 assists professional sculptor Benjamin Butler

As an art major, Bjorn Olsen, a senior from Monmouth, Oregon, seized the opportunity to intern as a studio assistant for sculptor Benjamin Butler in Quogue, New York made possible by APEX (Academic Planning and Experiential Learning) at The College of Wooster.

Emily Baird ’16 immerses herself in 6-week dance school

The Baird Sisters- Emily and Ellen- both applied for and received APEX Fellowships. Emily, a junior theatre and dance major from Steubenville, Ohio, spent her summer as a student of the Six Week School at the American Dance Festival in Durham, NC.
